  Convenient location near the airport, but cleanliness issues and the strong cigarette smell made our stay uncomfortable

  Liked: The biggest advantage of this property is definitely its location. It was very convenient to be approximately a 15-minute walk from Zurich Airport, or just a 6-minute drive, especially when traveling and needing somewhere nearby to stay. The self check-in was also convenient and made arriving relatively easy. However, the location was really the main positive aspect of our stay.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, there were several things that made our stay uncomfortable. When we first arrived, the original room we were given was extremely dirty and did not feel hygienic at all. We brought this to their attention and were shown another room, but unfortunately, that room also had a very strong cigarette smell. The smell was noticeable throughout the facilities and was a bit overwhelming but it was a better upgrade from the previous room. A little downside is also For travelers with early flights or those arriving early and wanting to explore without carrying their luggage around, this is a significant inconvenience. Considering that this property is advertised as an airport accommodation, I think these are important areas that need improvement mainly just the smell.

  One of the worst experiences i ever had

  Disliked: No parking …. Had to go 20 mins just get overnight parking.. the check in was awful. I could find my booking in the system. I tried calling staff which were very rude and unprofessional

  Bad experience

  Liked: Nothing.

  Disliked: The appartment was smell bad and in the bathroom all the water is stuck in the washbasin if you use it and also in the shower the water is coming back from the drainage it's disgusting. Tv is not working and there is a hole in the main door someone could see you from outside.
