Liked: Overall nice appartments After my complaint went up one tier from the initial person, the customer service increased immediately. They understood our situation, apologized sincerely and even upped the refund from 50% to 100% on their own. That is remarkable.

Disliked: We had not received information to get into the appartment and the lady responsible wasnt reachable, which heavily impacted our party, as our guests were not able to be on time and we had to deal with it during the opening speech. We requested a 50% refund, which was quite rudely declined in the beginning, showing no compassion or understanding at all. This issue was resolved after another person stepped in.
