  Great value location for stay in Birmingham

  Liked: Location is great as it is right in the centre next to New Street Station and the Bullring. It was good value as there are two double bedrooms. It is clean and modern. One bedroom is ensuite and there is a separate bathroom with a bath as well. Kitchen seemed well equipped though I barely used it. All toiletries and towels are provided. Beds were comfortable though might be a bit low for some people. Communication was good from the host. The building is secure as you need a fob to enter it. I would stay there again.

  Disliked: The Keys had to be collected from a newsagents nearby. I'm not sure how late they can be collected. If you need parking you will have to find a way to get the keys first and you can't park outside the shop. But you could presumably sort that with the host. Main areas of the building are a bit tired but not too bad.

  Liked: Location was amazing

  Disliked: The building and the immediate outdoor area was a little run down. But the flat itself was perfect. Great location. Was a little noisy in one of the bedrooms die to people outside the building

  Wouldn't go again

  Liked: Location was great and cost was good. Apartment was a good size.

  Disliked: The instructions and key picking up were overly complicated. The parking spot is tiny, not ideal for a big car driver. The building inside is really grubby. The carpets look disgusting with stains, burn marks etc. On the surface the apartment looked ok but realistically is very worn and done cheaply. Furniture feels like temu. Quite dirty in places like kitchen and bathroom. Needs a real deep clean and updating in many areas. Kitchen sink was blocked and kept backing up. Told no one could come and sort it out. Towels were tiny, thin and fraying. They hadn't been dried properly so smelt of mould. Whole apartment had an underlying dirty smell that had been covered up by a ton of freebreeze.

  Sadly, would not recommend. Flat in a good location but felt the flat itself could have been cleaner. Looked a bit uncar

  Liked: Very central location; perfect location for getting around.

  Disliked: Property was not very clean (very dusty). Unable to use en suite shower as shower door wouldn’t open; both bathrooms could do with replacement; kitchen poorly equipped with only one pan and frying pan for cooking; communal areas were filthy, had an unpleasant smell and lift out of order. Would have been nice if there was milk in the fridge for a drink after travelling.
