  Liked: Great breakfast! Lovely decor 😍 room was a lovely decent size. Loved the walk in shower. Thank you Park Regis for the lovely anniversary ❤️ it was amazing 👏 ❤️

  Disliked: The A/C doesn't really chick the entire room. The room could have a mini fridge and lose the big lamp.

  Liked: From the moment I got to the reception we were treated exceptionally well and the whole hotel was immaculately presented. The rooms were spacious and the beds were amazing. Breakfast was vast and everything you could possibly hope for. If you needed anything else then I dont know what planet you would have come but it was again amazing and all the staff were friendly. Would definitely use this establishment again.

  My day was amazing stuff were amazing. Facilities are lovely just they need to keep on top of their cleaning crew

  Liked: Lovely staff, everything was very easy to access

  Disliked: My window was quite dirty from the outside, so I couldn’t really see the view and my room just had a few few stains. It wasn’t fully clean properly.

  Overpriced cash grab hotel with unfriendly and uncaring front desk staff. Better hotels in the area

  Liked: Comfy bed and decent shower.

  Disliked: Was not informed of the cut off time for breakfast despite informing the receptionist that we had not stayed before; the times are only written in the tiniest letters on the key fob card which was not shown; no other reference to timings in any information in the room. When I complained of this when checking out, no effort was made to refund the prepaid breakfast. Overpriced as well; we prebooked weeks in advanced, however would have likely saved £50+ if I just turned up on the day and asked at the desk, which was something We saw when we were booking in.
