  It was an enjoyable stay

  Liked: Comfortable and cosy room. Bed was amazing and bathroom clean. Really loved the shower.

  Disliked: Walls are thin. Can hear to much noise from other rooms. Lighting was not all working.

  A good, centrally located hotel, with friendly and professional staff

  Liked: The location of the hotel is good, as it is bang in the city centre. The staff were extremely professional and supported us as and when we needed. The room was clean, with good Wi-Fi, and breakfast met all our expectations.

  Disliked: Parking was an issue due to the location of the hotel. The nearest car park to the location is about two streets away, although at a discount, provided you do not leave the car park at any time; otherwise, you will be required to pay again.

  Great stay lovely hotel and breakfast. Facilities super and Comfortable room, staff not so good

  Liked: Location, Spacious, felt safe

  Disliked: Reception staff very very slow and was given a key card and a random lock key with no explanation why Bar staff slow- ordered coffees for a small group of 6 and she got the order wring 3 times.
