  Central Birmingham apartment in a stand out location, would definitely stay again

  Liked: Nice apartment in a fantastic location for a city centre break in Birmingham. Literally the next building to the Mailbox and an easy 5-10 mins walk to New Street station and central Birmingham attractions. The two bedrooms (1 x double, 1 with 2 x singles) worked perfectly for our group and would equally suit a small family.

  Disliked: The apartment itself would benefit from a little TLC as a few minor things were a little tired (e.g. wonky toilet seat, blinds missing slats, missing outer fridge door). Nothing that would stop us from staying again but things that could turn this from a good apartment into a great one. Having booked and paid for a late check out upfront, the visit from a somewhat grumpy cleaner on the last morning was a bit of a surprise. Quickly resolved but could have been a bit awkward if we’d gone out that morning to make the most of our time and come back to find someone in the apartment 😲
