  An excellent place to stay when visiting the Birmingham area

  Liked: The Owner is extremely nice and very pleasant, The bedroom was nice with a very comfortable bed and with a good choice of Tea,Coffee,+Biscuits. The breakfast was excellent and I look forward to staying again.

  Charming and too short

  Liked: Old school B&B in the best sense. The house is beautiful, and Elizabeth-Ann takes great care of her guests. Breakfast was excellent. Lovely to have use of the sitting room in the evening. Clean and comfortable, and the bus stops right outside (if you ask). Pretty setting on the age of the village, by the river.

  Gem of a place to stay, centrally located, beautifully furnished and equipped

  Liked: The accommodation was centrally located within Harborne so restaurants and shops were all within walking distance. The room was very quiet at night so no disturbances. The bedroom was well equipped and nicely decorated. Bed very comfortable. Lots of refreshments on offer in the room so you can make tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits too. Plenty of towels and soap/shower gel provided. The home cooked breakfast was fantastic. A gem of a place to stay. Definitely recommend and would book again if in the area.
