  Minimum facilities, shame the cleaners let down a responsive host

  Liked: easy access to Bullring shopping & was quite easy to find local on street parking. Cat is a very responsive & communicative host helping with deposit refund query etc.. answered questions quickly..beds comfortable.

  Disliked: Minimum provisions - Maintenance was not good - Dirty cushion covers on bed, curtains in lounge were dangling, tap in en suite bathroom was loose, main bathroom shower holder was loose, very dusty under TV unit, Minimum possible items available in the apartment..Found t bags and sugar thrown in with the hoover in a cupboard. No dishwasher tablet so couldn’t use that machine, no dishcloth so couldn’t wipe down surfaces, one 2 seater settee not enough for three / four people & had to sit on dining chairs.. no local guide information ( there were local pubs but no information about the area ) There is an apartment building site at rear & immediately adjacent to the apartment which we weren’t aware of and huge security halogen lights lit the bedrooms at night. Main bedroom curtains didn’t stop the light so was like having light in room on all night. Other bedroom had a blind which was ok. Lounge only a net curtain so was like daylight at night. We were only there 2 nights
