  Liked: Nothing because it was totally different i saw the picture but it was different this hotel is suitable for homeless people.

  Disliked: There was no facilities all night kids can't sleep.

  Location was handy

  Liked: The location was not far from the hospital were my husband had surgery.

  Disliked: TV did not work. When I reported it, I was not offered an alternative even though they already knew about the issue. When arriving and returning you have to call a mobile number and wait for someone to come and unlock the doors. I felt vulnerable waiting for someone to open reception as my card key did not work.

  Horrifying, I am surprised to see how it meets standards and not cheap either

  Liked: Nothing at all. It was horrific

  Disliked: Very poor cleanliness, it had bed bugs, dead and alive flies. Dirty windows, found maggots on the floor. The drawer contained needles. The management did not take accountability. I expected full refund, but got nothing.

  Liked: Everything! Great service Great price for the room too. What an absolute pleasure.

  Disliked: Nothing oh it took us a while to figure out the temp on the bath and wifi.

  Don’t stay there but staff are nice Adam was great guy feel sorry for them having to work in a place like that
