  Wants to be 5 star, but simply isn’t

  Liked: Large comfortable bed in the Marco Polo room Lovely large free standing bath in room Receptionist offered to carry luggage up the 3 flights of stairs, which we of course declined Free off road parking Nice toiletries

  Disliked: Check in was 3pm. Arrived at 2:35 and told to come back at 3pm with no offer of an area to wait in Black hair in the bathroom sink No blinds opened so no daylight or view Stale water left in coffee machine Half an opened bottle of water left in fridge in room Tv remote did not work Hot water was dangerously hot - scalding The toilet seemed to share a window with the toilet in the nest door room and therefore there was a open gap between the two toilets. You couldn’t see into the other bathroom but could certainly hear! Floorboards in room were very dirty, turned the soles of my socks black

  Lovely stay

  Liked: Beautiful establishment with lovely decor, the room we had was amazing, and the location was perfect.

  Disliked: We had arranged for an ice bucket and glasses to be in the rolm as it was ny husbands birthday, but this was not done. Also, one of the lights in the room didn't work but as we was only staying after a night out, it didnt make much difference.

  Just fantastic ( free safe parking a big bonus) and location great

  Liked: From the moment we arrived staff were welcoming and attentive. The building is unique and wonderful in all the best ways and the bedrooms all unique but mind blowingly stylish and the tv and bath/ bathroom wow

  Disliked: Genuinely nothing - the pictures are from our stay- what's not to like ❤️

  I would stay again as the staff were lovely and the room as a whole was great

  Liked: The room was very comfortable with a huge free standing bath. The bed was great as I like a firm mattress

  Disliked: The reception wasn’t open at all times. You could eat in the restaurant but couldn’t order snacks/sandwiches or breakfast. In my room one of the window locks was broken so I didn’t feel 100% safe
