Liked: I’m disappointed with the way this situation has been handled. I was told I would receive my £100 deposit back but it has now been over 7 days and I still haven’t received the payment. Communication has been poor and I’ve had to keep chasing for an update with no response. I would not recommend based on my experience and location of the area is VERY GHETTO and unpleasant.

Disliked: Very disappointed with my stay and the way this has been handled. The bed sheets did not appear to be cleaned (staines) which was unacceptable and the deposit after 7 days still hasn’t reached my account. Definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone booking here I got scammed
