  Great location for being central of Birmingham. Just felt a bit uneasy with overall condition of the building and room i

  Liked: Location was perfect.

  Disliked: Getting keys and dropping them off not the most simplest of tasks. Was a bit run down considering how much we paid for it for 2 nights.

  Liked: hi i booked a Birmingham City Centre, One bedroom apartment! 28-30 Jun and i received this message before i arrived to check in: 1 Bedroom Apartment We have a problem at the property due to a blown boiler and cannot accommodate your stay, please cancel your booking. A cleaner came to clean and found out. If you can't cancel, please call your portal and ask them to send us an email about cancelling and refunding the full amount, sorry for the inconvenience.(i received this message from the apartment and i cancelled since saturday it's been more than 3 days now. why haven't i received my money back yet?)i feel very upset about this way of working. I didn't get to experience it and lost money. It's pointless.

  Alert: This is a scam!!!

  Disliked: This is a scam…the number given doesn’t exist, no response to emails sent. Absolutely shocked that booking.com is allowing such a scam to take place on their site!!! I am in the process of trying to get my money back. I paid for 2 nights for nothing!!! Be very careful about booking anything through booking.com!

  Great location let down by conditions of the accommodation

  Liked: Close to city centre. Great views high up in the Rotunda Building, although it isn't on the best side. Large spacious living area. Very diligent host via messaging. Keys very easy to collect and give back.

  Disliked: As with all these Rotunda Apartments way too hot. This is because the sun blazes through the very large glass windows and owners are putting up thick black out curtains. Way too bright at night to sleep. Poor double bed - very lumpy mattress and what felt like Brentford Nylon bedding. No proper shower cubicle. Shower over bath that looked past its best. No tea towel in the kitchen. A couple of surfaces in the apartment appeared to have had things melt on to them and then not repaired. Curtains stained in many places. Walls scuffed and scratched in many places. Fridge didn't appear to be working correctly. This was because the door couldn't close properly. Damaged controls on the hob.

  Disliked: Never stay here! I went to collect my keys for it to say it was in France the host never answered or return any on my calls so I did not even get to stay at the property. I was in a city 2 hours away from home please do not book
