  This DODGIEST key pickup process and INCOMPETENT Host! Save yourself the Misery and STAY AWAY!!!!

  Disliked: This Host is a Conman. He shouldn’t be allowed to Host on Booking.com. I travelled up from London, he left the keys to the Property in a dodgy Petrol Station and hasn’t even got a telephone number to contact him. He ruined my whole day. It has been 24 hours he still hasn’t replied on messages haha.

  Good for short term

  Liked: It’s not breakfast, including to collect the keys as well as a bit complicated for people coming from different city

  Disliked: The property was not clean at all, there was stains all over the bedding and we found used protection in one of the flower pots in the bedroom. It was absolutely disgusting. The booking states that there will be towels and toiletries (shower gel, shampoo) but there wasn’t any. I messaged the host multiple times asking if there were any clean towels as they only provided one that was left on the floor and covered in stains. The host eventually stopped replying back when we put forward a complaint about the cleanliness. They had two ‘cleaners’ to clean the property before our arrival but clearly they didn’t do their jobs properly. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all. We had to book another property on the day and spend a lot more money because this apartment couldn’t follow simple cleanliness.

  Liked: Look lovely apart from bathroom looked tired.

  Disliked: How you had to get keys from the local garage and the the code was wrong to collect keys to then be told I had to then wait for the property to be cleaned even though I had mentioned my arrival time.
