  Good value, great location, basic accommodation

  Liked: Excellent location, right in the city centre. Clean room. Nice bathroom

  Liked: Near to what I needed shopping with my son

  Disliked: Out of 2 lifts only one working. No kettle in room reception did replace but no pack testing sticker. Bed both were very lumpy bad night sleep for 2 nights no fridge. No housekeeping you have to ask at reception but wasn't told this. Heating constantly on know I shouldn't crumble at this but was on low constant and dial to turn off was broken and taped up smell of weed constantly chatting to other quests also on there floor. Hotel lobby bar isn't open it's closed down no vending machine no food breakfast or otherwise. We did find a p inn about 3 minutes away wish I knew this sooner. My advice avoid go elsewhere photos are nothing like the place this is NO hotel oh TV bad signal keep breaking down not good when your watching the match.

  Frustrating

  Liked: Location was central, check in was quick and the room was small but adequate. Bathroom was a good size.

  Disliked: Entrance was down a dingy side alley with rough sleepers. Entrance way and all corridors were dilapidated. Of two lifts, one was out of order all week. The other was slow as treacle. My room keeycard stopped working and needed replacing twice.

  Disliked: The mattress in room 416 had springs coming through it needs replacing,I have stayed in other rooms and they were fine my partner was sick which is why I didn’t request a room change

  Disliked: *The lift was not working and I had to go up 5 flight of stairs with my case and a bad knee. *No bedside light or dimmer switch *not even one painting the wall... decor blah
