Liked: Excellent location for Birmingham centre and getting around. Room was a good size and clean. It's student accommodation so some wear visible but didn't take away from stay. Kitchen had everything you need if not eating out and the fridge freezer was great for cold drinks. At around £30 a night will definitely use again when available to non students in the summer months.

Disliked: Due to the heatwave the room was very hot and no Aircon. Due to safety the window only opened a small amount a fan is needed.

Noisy stay no peace from construction work being carried out

Liked: Staff very friendly. Good access to local Tesco within 5 min walk.

Disliked: Building work commenced one day into my stay and remained for duration of my visit. Very noisy & had to negotiate through ‘building work/scaffolding’ everyday. No mattress cover on bed🤦‍♀️ Items missing from kitchen/no hairdryer all were advertised as being available in property.
