Dishonest. Cancelled on the day leaving me nowhere to stay

Liked: Nothing, never even got to stay. Cancelled on the day with a rubbish excuse. Clearly got a better offer.

Disliked: Dishonesty Leaving me without accommodation on the day

It was ok for one night

Liked: It was in a quiet location and I did get the £250 deposit returned on check out after the cleaner had checked the property

Disliked: Only shower was in the en suite which was awkward as sharing with friends, it could do with one in the main bathroom also. The sofa was stained. Bedding and towels seemed cheap and the pillows. Didn’t like the faff of collecting keys from petrol station and returning next day! Could do with some improvements

Liked: The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent and the caretaker couldn't have been more helpful. I would recommend staying here.
