  Overall I wouldn’t stay here again. Especially as a solo traveller, it just didn’t feel safe

  Liked: Parking was helpful. Good space in the apartment.

  Disliked: Super noisy both from the road and other people in the building. Every time someone entered or exited the building front door, the front door of the flat shook loudly. A few pans to choose from in the kitchen but only one worked on the induction hob. Decor very tired and the bedroom was not warm and the duvet was very thin. Towels felt old and thin too,

  Great apartment would return again if needed to be in that location

  Liked: Very spacious 2 bedroom flat. Towels provided, hairdryer, some milk in the fridge, tea and coffee as well.

  Disliked: No big deal but no baking trays as we had brought bits to cook our breakfast. That wasn’t a deal breaker for us

  Good location for city centre

  Disliked: Car parking availability was hit and miss. More comfortable sofa would have been good.

  Disliked: I chose this property specifically for its advertised features, but key amenities were completely unusable. The washing machine could not be used at all because its door was missing entirely, and the living room radiator was non-functional, leaving the space uncomfortable. When I contacted the host, they told me not to use the machine and said they couldn't relocate me as they were fully booked. Booking.com support is currently investigating this for a partial refund. Furthermore, please note that there is no concierge or staff on-site; if you need assistance, you cannot speak to anyone personally or face-to-face. The parking next to the building is also on a very uneven road and feels unsecure, as it seems non-apartment users park there freely. I would advise future guests to look elsewhere until these maintenance and security issues are resolved.

  Couldn’t stay in apartment for reasons stated. All hotels were fully booked due to other large events taking place. We h

  Liked: The prompt response from the contact person who was apologetic and offered a refund (which I accepted).

  Disliked: It hadn’t been cleaned after previous occupants. Bed had hair on pillows and the bedsheets were dirty. Toilet was dirty.
