  Nice stay

  Liked: Clean, comfortable, good sized room. Good place for visiting daughter in Selly Oak and travelling into Birmingham by train. Plenty parking.

  Disliked: Limited electric car charging, slow chargers and they were temperamental, we couldn't get them to work and husband had to go elsewhere to charge car.

  Disliked: The shower head in my room would not stay up, but i managed to make it work.

  A really good place to stay when you need to be in the area

  Liked: Stayed before - continued to meet expectations - great. Breakfast is particularly tasty - great quality food (bacon, sausages, eggs, tea, breads, grapefruit juice etc etc). Bar food was just as good and good value. Location ideal for attending the lecture and meeting up with alumni. Good transport links into city centre.

  Disliked: Floppy shower head - would not stay in position, either spraying the controls wall or the far end wall. No chocolate drink (sachet) in the room.

  Very nice except poor parking

  Liked: Rooms well appointed and clean, good breakfast choices

  Disliked: CAR PARKING. Too few places for "normal" cars- VERY MANY disabled spaces unused and too many unused charging spaces that I saw that normal cars/vans had used

  Fantastic experience and would 100% come back

  Liked: Absolutely perfect, beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean, great atmosphere. We were a family of 4 adults and 2 kids under 6 and it was great. Food was amazing in the restaurant, jasmine and Libby were amazing. They made our experience perfect. Highly recommend the beef short rib and breakfast was fantastic. Location is beautiful.
