Great for location but not for cleanliness

Liked: The property was local to town and easy to get into.

Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that the bed sheets didn’t feel or look clean. The place had a lot of dust around the area and all together felt very unclean. The towels looked and felt like they had been obviously used previously. The kitchen I didn’t feel great using so I didn’t actually use most of it. The lift to the property was dodgy and honestly thought was going to be stuck in it everyday.

Comfortable apartment in a good location

Liked: This is a comfortable, well laid out and well equipped apartment The location is ideal for the city centre or the Jewellery Quarter.

Disliked: Some of the crockery and cutlery need a bit of a clean.

Wonderful. Beautiful place. Great location. Great value for money

Liked: Absolutely loved our stay in Birmingham! The apartment was immaculate! Very clean, fresh, and beautifully present. The city lights made the view even more stunning at night. The host was incredible. She js very friendly, helpful, and always within reach if I needed anything. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will difinitely be returning!

Disliked: Nothing at all. It was perfect for us.

Pleasant for a quick one night stay

Liked: Nicely decorated and had a fairly decent view.

Disliked: Remains of the previous occupants remained i.e. bin in kitchen had not been emptied, towel in bathroom had not been replaced and cleaned, complimentary shampoo and conditioner mini samples had not been refilled/replaced.

Great stay in this studio flat

Liked: Clean and spacious studio flat. Great central location. Easy to find and get access to. Well laid out and lots of side lights and plug sockets.

Disliked: The kitchen cupboards are very high so getting crockery down from the top shelves is tricky if like me you are small. I had to climb up on the work surface. Perhaps a step stool would be a good idea.
