Very disappointing stay due to poor cleanliness and lack of basic amenities

Liked: The location was convenient and close to Birmingham City Centre.

Disliked: Unfortunately, the room was not properly prepared. There was no toilet paper, hand wash, in toilet n not towels provided. I also found bed bugs in the room, which was very concerning and made my stay extremely uncomfortable

  Terrible place

Disliked: The pictures online were compeletely different. They also have shared bathrooms and washrooms, I think it's not mentioned. For 10 pounds you can book a much cleaner and better hotem in the center of Birmingham.
