Very good
Exceptional
A good house in very broken surroundings
Liked: The good thing is that it is a house. You have 3 floors only for yourself and you have plenty of space there to do whatever you want. Second and third floor are with soft floor, so you feel even more comfortable being there.
Disliked: The location is pretty horrific and the sight from windows is currently a very dramatic scene of broken houses, carwash taken apart and other scenes of industrial demolition. Moreover, as we walked towards the address, the further we went from city centre, the more closed shops, some broken fences and other signs of degradation... It was even slightly scary to walk there first time. Overall the place is not that bad when you get used to it, but the views are quite, quite sad. I hope they rebuild the area soon.
Not as advertised
Liked: Location and size of the property
Disliked: There was no heating, no wi-fi, a broken bed and one of the bedrooms stank of marijuana. Not a good stay
Not What was promised.😒
Liked: The size was pretty good but space not used very effectively.Beds set up for 4. The fold down sofa in the lounge was grubby in all the folds
Disliked: Wifi was not working most of the time
lovely house, would stay again:)
Liked: was scared it was gonna be dirty because of past reviews but was surprisingly clean, they said they have new cleaners now very beautiful house 💗 all my friends that came for my birthday said they would love to live there tv in the top bedroom too very lovely staff wished me happy birthday:)
Disliked: top bedroom bed mattress was the worse mattress i’ve ever slept on it’s like there’s a big thing pushing at the bottom of the mattress in the middle of the bed they need to change that ASAP anyone with a bad back or older person wouldn’t be able to sleep on it properly, but tbh i just stayed on the edge of the bed it’s just hard to turn over because of it wasn’t uncomfortable to sleep on though as long as you didn’t sleep in the middle & they gave the wrong code twice when we got there couldn’t get in for 10 minutes but it was fine after they sorted it
Passable
Liked: Space and size, proximity to town
Disliked: Cleanliness overall. The stair carpet was dirty. The crockery was unclean. The boiler cupboard was left in a mess. The door down to the cellar and sidedoor within felt very unsafe. The blinds in twin room were gappy and felt unprivate. Twin bed frame was buckled. Oven top had a crack and front 2 hobs didn't work. WiFi and TV were very tempremental. Not enough crockery for all guests. Twin room sofa bed was very uncomfortable and not a proper bed.
