  Great location but room so small, no room for our luggage and had to climb over the bed. Ni tea or coffee in the room. H

  King Room = Small Room

  Liked: Tidy room

  Disliked: Very Small room, toilet and wet room together. Asked for upgrade but upgrade to bigger room was £89 to pay. I was offered a free complimentary upgrade... 2 weeks after visiting as i complained by email about the very small room. Offer was rejected as i wont pay again for a small room to only now get the upgrade when i dont need it.

  Great inexpensive option

  Liked: Great rooms. I love the windowless rooms here,very quiet.and calm. Always have a great nights sleep on the very comfy beds. Not far from St.Pauls tram stop. Great restaurants and cafes nearby.

  Disliked: I really miss having a kettle in the rooms. I know there is a machine down in the lobby but no one wants to parade about in pj's to make a late night/early morning cuppa. Wet room floor takes ages to dry after using the shower so it is necessary to throw a towel down on the floor to return to the bathroom if you want to keep your feet dry.

  The hotel itself is good however the size of the standard room is extremely small
