  Liked: Staff were awesome specially Alex, he came out of the building to help us to find the place. The place was super clean, stylish and walking distance from the centre.

  We really liked FST, it was as qwercky as expected-thankfully a good antidote to the bland city centre ones!

  Liked: I felt so welcome at this hotel. The staff couldn't have been friendlier. As a solo traveller, I felt incredibly safe and comfortable. The food at The Button Factory was delicious and my coeliac needs were well catered for. Thank you.

  Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like and I hope to visit again.

  Cozy little boutique hotel short walk from Birmingham centre

  Liked: Gorgeous boutique style room with lots of nice touches. Handy for Button Factory and discounted great food Downstairs/next door.
