  A surprisingly pleasant staying!

Liked: We stayed on the 9th floor, very quiet. Good size room and comfortable bathroom. Our room was cleaned, with a safe, good quality bath towels and bed liners. A walking distance to Utilita Arena Birmingham. Good breakfast!!!

  Disliked: Very busy lifts.

Looking forward to visit again, next Hilton will be next week in Dublin

Liked: Breakfast, it’s Hilton style, exellent choices to pick, as much as you need. Location, in the city, everything in walking distance. Staff, really polite and helpful, as the Hilton standard. Our room was located at 17 th floor, exellent views to see.

Disliked: At our room, the first bed on right, was not the best,as it is really noisy due its springs are a bit old. Otherwise nothing to complain.

Disliked: Probably the worst mattress I have ever slept on. Both my wife and I woke with back ache it was so unforgiving

  Better than expected

Liked: Staff were efficient and pleasant. Hotel is clean.

Disliked: Entrance to the hotel could be kept better. It feels dirty. The steps in to the hotel need to be kept cleaner with less litter and an occasional wash.
