Liked: It was close to the concert we were attending.

Disliked: The lobby was a wasted space - vending machines would help. We were provided with paper and plastic cups (2 of each) with no outer wrapper, so no way of knowing how clean they were. The hair dryer didn't work when plugged into sockets on the same wall as the TV, but worked in others. Duvet was very thin and not warm enough. Shower head had black mould.

Generally a good location to the centre but it is above a petrol station and if that blew up your putting lives at risk

Liked: Location was good to get to the centre. Just a short walk.

Disliked: The carpet was filthy. The place was not clean enough. I.e. dust on things. The room was too small. This is advertised as 5 star hotel. I don’t think it is.

  Phenomenal Value for money! ☺️

Liked: Everything was brilliant, down to the cleanliness, the complimentary snacks and being a small walk to the center. Also the customer service was phenomenal even though it's unmanned they were in constant contact through the day to make sure everything went well, I've stayed around the world and this was some of the best customer service we have received ☺️ we will most definitely come back!

Disliked: Nothing it was exceptional value for money

Exactly as I hoped it would be. Everything about it was as I wanted

Liked: Close to the Symphony Hall, so good for an overnight when gig and travel tickets have been committed to.

Liked: comfy and central location, very easy check-in process and responsive to my messages/questions.

Disliked: clean overall but found a few stray hairs on the bed when we arrived that made me a little uneasy...
