  Amazing, we can get away definitely recommended

  Liked: I looked how clean friendly stuff were and how close it was the city

  Disliked: Children under 12 were not allowed to use the swimming pool, regardless of adult being present or not

  Exactly what we needed and well priced

  Liked: Great location and it is clear that the hotel is well looked after from staff - our room did have damage to the sink basis which wasnt an issue for us but some people would definitely score down for something like that which would be fair too. There is always room for improvement and i think this hotel has great potential to provide guests with an 'exceeded expectations' experience. We enjoyed our stay and it added a nice touch to my trip for my graduation which was right across the road. The communal areas looked great, corridors and lifts clean and well kept. I think this hotel makes a great impression on its guests and has great views, thank you for providing lots of things to the room and the vanity items in the bathroom were a nice touch. The tv was a great size, the furniture was nice quality too.

  Disliked: Wear and tear could be looked into to create a more luxurious/sophisticated experience.

  Really nice stay overall would return

  Liked: Location is good especially for canal pubs and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and the spa was lovely

  Disliked: Only one issue is only one dressing gown and no slippers when arrived however these were given when asked.

  Nice

  Liked: The sauna, steam room, swimming pool, the staff are welcoming and very helpful and professional, the dining staff/ Team are excellent breakfast was great and thy guys there are very very friendly people and helpful as well.

  Disliked: the limited parking space and the limited equipment at the gym

Good to know

Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the hotel’s leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and whirlpool.

From Friday to Sunday, the swimming pool is restricted to adults only. Monday through Thursday, children 12 and above can use the hotel’s swimming pool, but they must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

From 1 August to 31 August only, children 12 and above can use the hotel’s leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and whirlpool.

Children under 16 are not allowed to use the hotel’s gym.

Children 12 and above can use the hotel’s swimming pool, but they must be accompanied by an adult 18 or over.

A maximum of 2 children can accompany one adult.

Please note that our pool depth is 5.5 feet, and no shallow end exists.

Please note that bedrooms decorated by guests (including any confetti) will carry a professional cleaning services charge of GBP 250.00 per bedroom per stay.
