  Great place to stay for a few nights due to unit’s location

  Liked: Location, size of the unit for a 3 night stay was good, washing machine and cooking facilities

  Disliked: The lift being right out side unit door so every time someone entered or exited lift it would chime all night long sound proof door would be great. A long mirror somewhere in the unit would be great and no power point in bathroom to be able to use hair dryer

  Little little apartment but beware that road!

  Liked: Nice decor, well maintained property in the centre of town.

  Disliked: It’s literally right alongside the busy A38 dual carriageway which is not really called out when booking. I asked for a high floor room away from traffic noise but arrived to find myself on the 3rd floor directly overlooking the road. It was still warm but opening the windows was impossible due to the noise. I asked to be moved as I personally found it unbearable. Thankfully I was moved to a rear apartment but downgraded without any compensation. I also found having to use three codes to get into your room (2 for main doors, 3rd for room) really annoying. I also found it rather impersonal with cameras everywhere. Felt like you were being spied on. Get this is for guest security but felt OTT
