Fabulous
Enjoyed our break in Birmingham but the apartment was certainly not luxurious
Disliked: The apartment was in a very scruffy area. The bed upstairs was very uncomfortable, we had to sleep in the lounge area. There was no handwash in either bathroom. There was no dishcloth in the kitchen area. There were old drinks left in the fridge. Thought £30 was very expensive for early check-in.
Disliked: The bed was really hard
Adequate for those in the bed but poor for the poor souls on the sofa bed

It was ok
Liked: Location was ok. Apartment was good.
Disliked: Couldn’t park on the property, was told fob was left on kitchen worktop, it was not, fob on key opened pedestrian gate not car park gate.
Liked: i thought the place was js laid out nice and it was comfy and js overall a nice play to stay.
Disliked: didnt have a single problem
Horrible, daylight robbery
Liked: It’s a nice layout, very contemporary.
Disliked: It was disgustingly dirty, we had to order cleaning products and clean the place ourselves. Even sleeping in the bed was a dread because there were stains. The microwave was disgusting, wouldn’t use it EVER, it needed replacing it was so gross. The parking fob was ‘missing’ so we had to park on the street, the host suggested we parked on double yellows when there was no street parking available. I could go on, absolutely horrendous avoid at all costs.
