Well positioned property with excellent provisions and comfort quality

Liked: Instructions were clearly explained prior to arrival - check in was allowed several hours prior which was massively appreciated by myself. Lovely apartment, brilliant views with moveable floor/ceiling windows. Amenities well provided, including provided toiletries in bathroom. Comfortable bed, not too hot or too cold with provided tower fan. Extremely happy, will be booking again very soon.

  Great location, cosy

Liked: The location is brilliant right in the centre of Birmingham but away from the pubs and clubs so not noisy, bed was comfortable the bed settee was a little uncomfortable but ok for one night. It has everything needed for a longer stay full kitchen and a washer. The views of Birmingham at night are beautiful

Disliked: Just one thing and I hope this is helpful for anyone else booking it’s called Metro Heights but the apartment is actually in the Rotunda. The host was very helpful though when we rang them
