  Possible worst stay in my 30 years travel experience. Will never return, and do not recommend to anyone DO NOT RECOMMEND

  Liked: Secured Parking for a charge, location was okay.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, nothing went well, the apartment offered to us was a mess, the washroom was smelling, furniture was really poor quality, very uncomfortable and unstable, the living room curtain couldn’t be closed and the room could be seen from outside during night time, the heater in one of the rooms was broken, the washroom railing was not working, we were told showers should be taken with a space of 1 hour as hot water may run out, the kitchen was dirty and flooring was really bad, there was no shampoo and shower gel in the washroom, I believe we were promised 2 washrooms however the flat had 1 washroom in a terrible state,,

  It was adequate for the money but let down in quite a few ways

  Liked: Location, comfy beds, nice space.

  Disliked: The furnishing were sparce and low end quality. Kitchen cleaning was poor very sticky on top of cupboards and cupboard fronts. Paint splatter all over floor in Lounge. Broken blind. On check out cleaner showed up at 9:55 and we felt very rushed out of property. On booking after i had paid the balance. Parking was extra £10 and deposit was £200 that i wont recieve back for 15 days but i'd already paid so i didnt want to cancel and lose my money! I though this was very unreasonable and should have been made clear before booking.

The apartment is located in a residential block. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 22:00.
