Perfect location for our time in Digbeth whilst being easy walking distance to the train stations

Liked: We had to telephone the host for access details once we arrived because there was a code for main door and key safe for the apartment key. The host responded immediately and was very helpful. We were very impressed with the condition and cleanliness of the apartment.

Liked: Good size flat very clean. Check in was great. Washing machine was very handy

Disliked: Hooks on the back of bedroom ans bathroom doors would have been helpful as would a hand towel in bathroom. Wondows had to open due to hearlt which lead to doors rattling and banging

A nice, clean, comfy modern apartment, reasonably good value for money but would probably take ‘luxurious’ out if the ti

Liked: Once inside, immaculately clean with modern decor, very comfy beds with high quality linen. Nice kitchen with mostly everything you need. The location was easy and accessible to centre via a £6-7 uber but wouldn’t want to walk through the area at night as females as quite a lot of derelict/run down buildings/land and smashed up cars.

Disliked: The dining table/chairs, rug and sofa were a bit dated and worn and not in keeping with the rest of the modern apartment but not a major deal. The lift was not working which we weren’t informed about which defo would’ve been an accessibility issue for some to face on arrival, 4 floors up. One of our party was 2 weeks post op major surgery so this wasn’t great news. The corridor and stairwell were far from luxurious and unpleasant going up and down, smelly and very worn, stained carpets. Understood this wasn’t in the control of the apartment owner but still unpleasant having to go up and down them. We only had 4 small towels between the 4 of us for the weekend barely fitting around us. Wouldn’t have gone around anyone bigger. No hand towels either which was a bit annoying. Not enough wine glasses and mismatched white crockery - would’ve expected more for ‘luxurious’ in the title.
