Excellent service and value for money

Liked: The location was good with essential amenities on the doorstep - literally. Car park was really good value for money. We were attending a concert at Utilita and it was only a 10 minute walk at maximum if you're a slow pace. Plenty of restaurants around to choose from including a Wetherspoons directly opposite so there's something for everyone

Disliked: If I am making an unnecessarily picky comment, the door for the toilet was too heavy to stay open which made the space feel slightly cramped, but that's simply personal preference

  Nice hotel and great location!

Liked: Location was perfect for our visit to Sea Life and Legoland. Nice and comfortable room. Our son liked the small play area next to the reception.

Disliked: It’s slightly weird to have the little toilet separate from the bathroom.

  Liked: Staff and location

Disliked: Bit worried about the carpet. Alot of brown stains. Considering pets are allowed unsure what this was. I brought flip flops for the carpet which I discarded before leaving

Really great value for your money

Liked: I loved the fact that the location was central. The bar staff - David, Jester and Mia were really warm and welcoming. The breakfast and dinner was really yummy. Loved our two day stay.

Disliked: The double sofa bed dipped very badly and I found that an adult would struggle to have a good sleep there. My little boy kept complaining.
