  Quiet stay with lovely people

  Liked: Very friendly family, nice bed, quiet location, great curtains to make it very dark.

  Disliked: A little bit out of the center, but that is clearly advertised and it is still walkable.

  Very easy, relaxing and welcoming

  Liked: A nice & easy experience, was around 15-20 min walk from central Birmingham which was perfect since we arrived & left via train. The lady hosting was so lovely and communicative, allowed us to leave our luggage after we check out for our train was late afternoon and wanted the day to explore. She even let us stick around for an extra hour when we came back to get our stuff due to train delays. A very clean house with superb amenities. We only stayed for one night but would've very happily stayed longer. The room also had a projector! very cool & handy especially since they allowed you to use a netflix account.

  Disliked: The pillows weren't the greatest and my partner found the bed rather firm (but that's up to personal taste really:) )

  Lovely stay

  Liked: Celia was very welcoming and friendly, it was all very clean and smelled lovely. A great night's sleep, comfortable bed, nice and quiet. We had a great stay.

  Super location for the arena and ideal for a nights stay with super clean bathroom and good bed

  Liked: We booked this room for the location to the Utilitia Arena. It was a 30 minute walk from Birmingham train station but that was fine for us. 10 minutes to the arena so perfect. The room was fine for one night and the shared bathroom was super clean. No issue sharing as the other visitors were considerate.
