Guest reviews
Very good
Dispute the AC discomfort, still a very enjoyable stay
Liked: Staff Customer Service Location Quite floor
Disliked: AC not working, room was stuffy from stale air flow
Great stay - would use again
Liked: Good location near New Street station We had a great view from the 16th floor Staff were very helpful and friendly
Disliked: Nothing significant
Liked: Pillows and Bed good. Breakfast decent. Location good
Disliked: Corridors outside room leaking, smell. They no longer do any streaming on tvs which they used to. They said yes to a wake up call and then forgot. Conditioner in bath was empty. Shower was intermittent and stopped working during my shower 3 times, which was so annoying. Was really hot water as thermostat was not working either. They also dont have plugs near the bed, just usb ports
Nice play of course
Liked: Excellent building and great size rooms.
Disliked: Breakfast was ok and our AC/ heating unit didn’t work but they brought us a portable heater which worked very well. Thank you.
Perfect location for a city centre event like a concert and some shopping in the bull ring. Breakfast was delicious too
Liked: Extremely welcoming and convenient location for my reasons of stay
Disliked: Nothing
Disliked: The room is reasonably clean, but there is a slight musty smell and quiet background noise at night
