  Royal George Hotel

  Liked: Lovely staff, Fairly good location

  Disliked: We got told we'd get keycards upon our late arrival that we long before spoke about, we didn't get them until next day. (not sure if the night porter was unaware or they didn't get made) Both beds had multiple hairs in them, I slept on with a towel on my pillows & bed. Blanket covers also stained. Floors weren't hoovered either. Other than that, everything was fine, had a kettle, a little TV, bathroom in our room and the bar downstairs. Also the housekeeping staff im guessing, was shouting/near enough screaming throughout their cleaning period in the morning which woke both of us up and kept us up when we were exhausted... A tad disappointed, but for the price I guess it was good enough.

  A great atay

  Our stay was excellent with nice staff and safe environment

  Liked: Breakfast was very nice and palatable We enjoyed it.

  Disliked: I suggest that the shower should be fixed as it was broken and tied with a rope. I suggest a smart TV in the bedroom. Apart from these, the rest was excellent.

  A great stay

  Liked: Staff on arrival were very polite and friendly. Answered questions we had and explained things perfectly. The lady who served us breakfast was very polite, pleasant and a joy to see early at that time of the morning. Overall it was a great stay will most definitely stay again.

  Very bad experience

  Liked: nothing like at all

  Disliked: The hotel room door did not close properly, the shower’s hot water was not working, and, to make matters worse, I discovered bedbugs in the room.
