Good location, but not a family place at all, tiny space, poor furnishing, not good value for money

Liked: - Good wifi - location very close to the university campus, good food, public transport - Hot water

Disliked: The list is long: - The description ("large" apartment) does not match with the property at all! - The windows do not open. In hot summer, I had to stay there for a week without any natural ventilation - I asked for a table fan. There was no support. So, I had to buy a 12" table fan on my own. - Overall it is a clean property, but the towels, bedsheets look so worn out and used - Noisy neighbours, loud music starting from early morning (it is probably the norm in this postcode) - They claim it a studio apartment, but it has no cooktop - The shower doors are almost broken - streets outside are filled with trash - Too little to offer yet very pricy, more expensive than 4 star hotels in the city centre
