  Good location but disappointed

Liked: Great location for the city centre

Disliked: Beds and pillows were not very comfortable. The heating controls didn't work so we had to turn them off at the walls in order to not be hot. Shower was dreadful, basically just a trickle and impossible to wash in. Nothing provided to clean the kitchen with.
