Good Location but very thin walls

Liked: The location was central and had no issues with parking in front of the property

Disliked: The street the property is on us very dirty with rubbish everywhere on the streets. When i first arrived, the rubbish from the previous inhabitants was still in a rubbish bag in the room. The communal kitchen was quite messy when i was there, but luckily, i had a kitchenette in my room, so i didn't have to use it. My main gripe is that i was on the ground floor and i could hear everything (and i do mean everything) from the couple staying in the room above. Also the noise from the front door was loud.

  Good

Liked: Nice sized room with a sink, fridge & microwave and an en-suite shower. The room was clean & warm with a comfortable bed. Parking available on the street after 5pm through to 9am... residents only outside those hours. Very close to the QE hospital & BHam Uni.

Disliked: Very steep & narrow stairs. Tricky with a large bag.
