Disliked: There was a weird smell to the room. There were no curtains on any of the windows so I was woken up by the sun. And the hot water didnt work and the Shower didnt turn on meaning I had to go to an important business meeting without being able to shower.

Liked: Very nice apartment very close to main centre of Birmingham. Apartment was clean, all radiators was working and able to set up temperature like i want, no smoking smell, nice quiet inside, nice kitchen with all i needed. Very reccomended for its location, price amd as well free car park space.

Disliked: small think - owner should just clearly say that parking is behing black gate so visitors are clearly informed

Clean, convenient for a one night stay but no Premier Inn!

  Liked: Convenient for the trip.

Disliked: External and internal access stairs definitely not for the faint hearted. A no no for those with mobility difficulties.

Great Stay, Perfect Location, Thoughtful Hosts

Liked: I had a fantastic stay at this property following my work summer party. The location was absolutely perfect, just around the corner from the event, which made everything so convenient. The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully presented. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was well-equipped, and the kitchen had everything I needed. Fresh towels, fresh linens, and a good-quality TV added to the overall comfort. One standout was the hosts, they were incredibly responsive when I had a check-in issue, and as a gesture of goodwill, they kindly offered a late checkout by two hours, which I really appreciated. It was a great value for money stay with excellent service.

Disliked: The only downside worth mentioning is that the metal steps leading up to the building became very slippery when wet. Unfortunately, both my friend and I slipped on them, so some kind of anti-slip covering would be helpful. That said, everything else about the stay was spot on. I’d definitely recommend this place and would happily return in the future.
