Really disappointed, wont using Booking.Com again

Liked: Nothing, the room wasn't what I booked

Disliked: The room I booked for was in the Rotunda, after delays in communication I was told they no longer had the room and I shouldn't have been able to book it. To be fair I was offered the cancellation, or another accommodation. I was stuck in the city, money all ready spent so I took the gamble. I was given access to a 3 bed apartment 2 minutes walk away. It was not what I booked and I only had access to the one room, on the plus side I didn't have to share the apartment.

  Waste of time and money

Disliked: I booked this room only to arrive in Birmingham with no check in info, I called to then be told they didn’t have my booking, I showed multiple screenshots of my booking booking from this app and after an hour of waiting around in the street they told me just to cancel it

Disliked: Property stinks Customer service is awful Bed sheets didn’t smell fresh could smell perfume/aftershave as if they weren’t changed from night before very unhygienic I’d definitely recommend bringing our own blanked and sleeping on the small sofa Also had an issue with the WiFi which they never fixed said they was sending someone then ignored me
