Liked: I liked nothing about the property.
Disliked: It had no handwash and going all the way up without lift.
Proper gem
Liked: It's a great location, for the o2 institute and all pubs and bars in digbeth. Getting the national express home so 2 minutes from the coach station too. Staff are friendly. Very secure after hours entry so completely safe. They give you loads of tea and coffee. Pub is welcoming and good atmosphere, especially when Birmingham City are at home. 10 minute walk from the bullring. Good value for money.

A nice place but not very well designed for a comfortable stay
Liked: Location in Digbeth was great
Disliked: My partner turned up before me as i was parking the car and didn't get a very warm welcome. I think maybe they assumed he wasn't staying there and therefore asked him where he was going when he went to use the toilet in the pub before he bought a drink. The room was very small and was missing a few touches that would have made it much nicer - water glasses, a curtain (instead of office blinds that let the light in), coat hooks etc. The floor in the room didnt look like it had been hoovered. It was also quite hard to get in and out with multiple keys and combination codes
