  Not a good stay

  Liked: It was somewhere to stay for the night. The TV worked.

  Disliked: We were not given the key code for access despite responding to numerous messages back and forth about ID and payments etc. It needed us to phone the help line to get the code when we arrived, otherwise we would have been stranded. The property was poorly kept and poorly cleaned. There was a sticky residue on the work-tops in the kitchen and the flooring seemed unsound - alarming dips here and there. The loo seat was unfixed to the loo. The kettle in the room didn't work. There was a pile of broken furniture/mirror etc on the pavement by the entrance door. All in all, I'm glad it was only one night.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

The guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during they stay and will be charged.

If property required excessive cleaning after check-out will be cleaning fee charged.

Please note that this property operates a strict no smoking policy. A penalty fee of GBP 250 will be charged to guests who smoke in the property.

Early check-in and late check-out is possible for an additional fee and is subject to availability.

Visitors are strictly not permitted.

A deposit may be required at the property.
