  Liked: Everything was absolutely amazing! The apartment was exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished, well-organized, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, and the stunning view made our stay even more enjoyable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. We truly felt at home. An outstanding experience in every way!

  Great stay

  Liked: Enjoyed our stay here, very convenient location. Staff were helpful with the parking. Had all the equipment and utensils included to help you feel at home.

  Disliked: My only comment is I think the dining chairs need felt pads on as they are extremely noisy when moved. Which you can hear from other flats throughout the night. Only a very small issue though. Other than that, it was great.

Good to know

Upon booking:

We require a valid copy of the Driver's License or Passport. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, the name on the ID should be the same on your Booking.com account.

***For third-party booking, we still require your ID and the ID of the guest who will be staying in our apartment.

To ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, a non-refundable damage waiver is required for your reservation: £29 for a 1-bedroom and £39 for a 2-bedroom. Alternatively, you may choose the refundable security deposit option.

This simple one-time fee eliminates the need for a large deposit, making your check-in process more convenient.

Early check-in and late check-out may be possible, but we won't know until the day of check-in/out.

Guests will be provided with complimentary essentials to help you get started, including a few useful items such as,

-Parties or Events are not allowed. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of £100 and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.

-NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! £200 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the unit.

-No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund.

-No additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest/s are allowed in the unit. You're welcome to have visitors, as long as they don’t stay overnight.

Check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out time is 10 AM.

Please note, that after the booking, you must complete the pre-check-in form in order to receive all check-in instructions and an ID/Passport is required for all adult guests.

Please expect some changes with the color of the sofa, bedding, and bed frame but the size and the layout are the same, some furniture changed as we wanted to improve our apartment and for the guest liking.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

A deposit may be required at the property.
