  Not worth it

Liked: Lady on the front desk who helped check me in was friendly

Disliked: Room was smelling of cigarette smoke Too much noise from the music downstairs. I had a busy day in the morning but couldn’t sleep early because of the noise. The bed was not comfortable. There was mold in the shower.

  Budget friendly stay in Birmingham

Liked: We spent a week at Saltley Inn. The place is budget-friendly, and the room was very clean. Rachel, the manager, was attentive in addressing the requests we made during our stay. The manager was very kind—she even helped us with a matter unrelated to our stay—and we truly appreciate her willingness to assist.

Disliked: The internet connection is slow, and the food provided has little variety. We informed the manager about both matters, and she now has the information to improve both areas.

Liked: I wasn’t particularly impressed with my stay, the room was cramped with it not being properly clean and enough essentials. There was a party going on so the loud music was going on till 1 am in the morning. It's a good place to just crash but if you have expectations beyond that unfortunately you'll be disappointed. However, the staff was really polite and helpful.
