  Great apartment

  Liked: Clean, good sized apartment with everything you need. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location is great for town, canal walks and the Utilita Arena

  Liked: I liked the area. As it was close to everything.

  Disliked: I wasn't aware you had to pre book the parking in advance. As contacted property the day before and I was advised it was fully booked.

  A comfortable convenient stay

  Liked: A spacious comfortable apartment. Slept 5 easily. And the receptionist was excellent - v friendly and helpful

  Liked: The staff was friendly and the apartment was in a convenient location. Suitable for a stop over. Was nice to have space

  Disliked: The apartment was very basic and slightly dated. The furniture was a little old and worn. Some of the cleaning wasnt the best. We had a fair bitvof noise from the street outside.

Good to know

If you plan to arrive after 19:00, you will need to contact The Spiers by telephone, to arrange check-in. The suites are not intended as a venue for social gatherings, parties or other such events. Stag and hen parties are not accepted. If the apartments have been booked for any of these events the reservation is liable to be canceled. For all advance purchase reservations, a nonrefundable charge of 95% of the value of the booking will be deducted from the card upfront. The remaining 5% of the value of the booking is required to be paid by the guest upon arrival with use of the same card through chip and pin device. A copy of a photographic ID for those bookings is mandatory. Please note, guests who book and are under the age of 21 must have written consent from the management at the property prior to their arrival. Bookings will not be guaranteed without this. The Spiers reserves the right to refuse reservations to anyone under the age of 21.
