The apartment met our needs for a short stay in the right location for us. We all slept well in clean, comfortable beds

Liked: The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was great for an event we were attending at Alexander Stadium. Parking outside was easy.

Disliked: The area was a little run-down, with boarded-up shops below us. The kitchen could have had more crockery and cutlery for a family meal. There was no washing up bowl or working plug for the sink - which made washing up rather difficult. We also had no hot water in the sink or basin - though the electric shower was good.

  It was Great

Liked: The place was clean and comfortable. The location is suitable for anyone who likes the peace and quiet, and the lake nearby was amazing.

Liked: I booked this apartment for staff who were working in the area. Everything was fine except the boiler wasn't working, so they had no heating or hot water. However they didn't tell me until after they had checked out so it was too late for the owners/company to do anything about it.

Liked: Location was great not far from city centre and shops around as well.

Disliked: The sofa had lots of stains. deep cleaning the sofa will make lot of difference. Lots of particles in between. Also, I think you might want to hang thermal curtain in the single room and living room, especially the single room.. The light reflection from outside didnt let us sleep. As we are use to sleeping in dark rooms. We all had to stay in the double room at night.
