  Carlton stay

Liked: Staff were friendly and welcoming. Location was good, Good breakfast.

Disliked: We were disturbed by loud rumbling noises in the room like a boiler sound every couple of hours, this happened in the night too and woke us up.

  A relaxing stay in blackpool

Liked: Breakfast and restaurant menu very good. Staff were friendly and helpful, and hotel communal areas were clean and tidy.

Disliked: TV screen in the room had a bad scratch on the screen. Room cleaning was not good, daughter’s bed was left unmade, mugs not cleaned and left dirty.
