Great stay, great location, fabulous breakfast & lovely hosts!!

Liked: Very handy location, 15 minutes walk from North station or North Pier/Tower. 2 mins walk from seafront, tram stops, bus stops. Very easy to get about. Hosts were great and very attentive, looked after you well. Breakfasts were amazing and in such a lovely dining room. Lots of choice and plenty for everyone. My bed was very comfortable. I was there on my own and felt extremely comfortable and safe. There were a few families at the time of my stay, nice atmosphere. All in all a great stay and I would certainly return to this hotel in future and recommend to family and friends.

Disliked: The only negative for my room was the toilet/shower room needed an upgrade as it was very small and tired, however, this would not put me off staying in future. Even in that same room as everything else about my stay outweighed this one downside.

I suggest Breakfast to be served in a bigger interval. Starting with 7:30 instead of 8:30-9:30

Liked: breakfast was perfect, the dining area very clean and well decorated.
