  Another lovely stay overall

  Liked: Food was lovely all week, the new seating makes a huge difference to comfort during our stay, upgraded decor which also made the hotel feel much nicer

  Disliked: Staff didnt seem very friendly at times, bar staff came across rude quite a few times aswell, the hotel itself was very hot and no way to cool down even with a fan it didnt help, also no one is making smokers go to the smoking area they all seem to smoke outside the main door which blocks the entrance and also fills it with smoke and i think this needs addressing as it happens everytime i come, as a non smoker i do not want to be covered in smoke aswell as breathing it in whilst trying to squeeze past people who are blocking the entrance doing so

  A short trip which met expectations

  Hotel needs an upgrade but the food is good and plentiful

  Liked: The food was good the hotel was warm and hot water always available.

  Disliked: The hotel is getting to the shabby stage lots of areas where paint is missing, needs an upgrade. the entertainment was just OK but very much the same.
