Liked: Service was very good, Andrea was lovely and accepted us early, cot was in the room ready, kitchen was incredible good facilities. We were kept in due to the storm on Saturday night and we had more than enough facilities to cope. Rooms were huge. Shower was superb and location of toilet meant no waking people up

Disliked: Draft by window in main room means the room is cold, could use a second blanket to use in that room. Kitchen sink only had cold water, pillows were quite uncomfortable.£10 parking per day

It was perfect accommodation for our family of 6. We had two apartments

Liked: Extremely clean and I have high expectations! Right opposite a tram stop which was so convenient. Nice a warm and had everything we needed.

Disliked: No curtains and only slatted blinds so too light early in the morning. There was also some kind of illumination at the base of window facing the promenade which kept an 11 year old awake in the early hours. Not It was a perfectsure where it was coming from.
